We predominently cater for management of Vacation Rental homes, but can manage longer term lets also.
OUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PACKAGES
Catetaker Only:
Let us watch and take care of your home for just a $60 basic fee per month
Regular Management:
Our standard vacation rental package is just $100 basic fee per month
Management & Marketing:
Our enhanced property management and marketing package is just $130 basic fee per month*
*Special Offer - join between January 1st and April 30th 2011 for just $110 per month
In addition to the above our standard property management services are priced as follows:
$90 per month for Pool Care
$90 per month for Lawn Care
$20 per month for Pest Control
$25 per month for Sundry Items (batteries, remotes, a/c filters, light bulbs etc)
Cleaning Fees:
3 Bed Clean $80
4 Bed Clean $90
5 Bed Clean $100 etc

Highlands Reserve - rentals and property management
Calabay Parc - rentals and property management
Legacy Park - rentals and property management
Westhaven - rentals and property management
Hampton Lakes - rentals and property management
Westridge - rentals and property management
All other communities in the Davenport/Highway 27/Championsgate area served
